Refund eligibility
Paid enrollments confirmed by invoice are eligible for refund consideration according to the timelines below. Free materials and publicly available site content are not refundable purchases.
Timeframe
Full refund requests must arrive in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date listed on your confirmation. Requests between 13 and 7 days before start may qualify for a partial refund. Within 6 days of start, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Observabilityhub Digital cancels the cohort.
Full or partial refund conditions
Full refund: cancellation ≥14 days before start, or cohort canceled by us. Partial refund (50% of tuition paid): cancellation 13–7 days before start if no live session has occurred. After the first live clinic, tuition converts to credit toward a future cohort within 12 months rather than cash refund, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Non-refundable items
Third-party tool licenses, travel booked independently, customized private residency preparation already delivered, and processed payment fees charged by banks may be non-refundable. Informational pricing pages on this site do not create a purchase.
Refund process
Email hello@observabilityhub.digital with your full name, invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline next steps.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank posting times vary by institution and currency.
Refund method
Refunds return to the original payer via the original payment rail when possible. Wire refunds may require updated banking details matching the invoice entity.

Cancellation by Observabilityhub Digital
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel you booked independently.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service obligations may allow alternative arrangements at our discretion. Team Observatory Circle contracts may include custom cancellation clauses that supersede this page when signed.
